AQUAGOLD® Fine Touch Facial

Most individuals can receive an AQUAGOLD® Fine Touch treatment. Each procedure is highly bespoke and can be tailored to your specific skin concerns.

Although the treatment is safe, we do not recommend it for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

During your consultation, Miss Hawkes will inquire about any known medical allergies or a history of adverse reactions to gold or any of the treatment's ingredients.

AQUAGOLD® is a low-risk treatment with minimal side effects and is virtually pain-free. Miss Hawkes will discuss your suitability in depth during your consultation. Occasionally, clients experience a reddening of the skin that lasts approximately 24 hours. You may be sensitive to sunlight following treatment; therefore, we recommend avoiding sun exposure for 7 days and always wearing sun protection on your face.

AQUAGOLD® Fine Touch can assist with various skin conditions and/or concerns. Miss Hawkes will create a bespoke cocktail of refined ingredients to assist you in achieving your goals. The treatment can aid in:

• Dull skin texture

• Excess sebum
• Fine lines & wrinkles
• Flushing and redness of the skin
• Pigmentation

AQUAGOLD® Fine Touch is a micro-infusion delivery system that uses luxury 24-carat gold needles thinner than human hair to deliver a cocktail of super serums into the skin through 1,000 micro-infusion sites, promoting facial rejuvenation.

With one significant exception, this is similar to how other needle treatments work. Before applying serums, the microscopic holes created by other treatments, such as derma rollers, have already begun to heal. The AQUAGOLD® microinfusion facial device delivers the ingredients at the same time these holes are created, making the treatment highly effective.

With other needle treatments, such as micro-needling, the microscopic holes have begun to heal prior to the application of any beneficial serums. AQUAGOLD® Fine Touch delivers the ingredients while creating the holes, making this treatment more effective than other skin needling techniques.

The benefits of the treatment can be achieved in just one session. However, the treatment can be performed as frequently as every four weeks or whenever you desire skin rejuvenation.

The facial can be performed every 4 weeks as part of your skincare regimen or one week to a few days prior to an event such as a skin preparation treatment.

Miss Hawkes will be able to advise you on the appropriate treatment frequency for your skin type and concerns.

Because the treatment requires no downtime, patients can return to work immediately. Some people may experience mild redness for a few minutes to an hour after treatment.

Note: Patients should avoid washing their face, applying makeup, and exposing themselves to direct sunlight immediately after treatment.

The AQUAGOLD® Fine Touch device allows twenty gold-plated needles, each finer than a human hair, to administer multiple injections simultaneously to the skin. Due to the tiny size of the needles, there is no pain involved.

The device can deliver minute amounts of botulinum toxin below the skin's surface.

Anti-wrinkle injections into the dermis of the skin, as opposed to the muscle, are referred to as "Microtox" and "Mesotox." Compared to standard botulinum toxin injections, this method treats a greater surface area of skin. The result is a softer, more natural look.

This is not intended to replace Botox and/or fillers but to complement such treatments by enhancing skin health.

After the treatment, please:

• Avoid washing your face for at least 8 hours
• Avoid applying makeup until the next day
• Avoid direct sun exposure
• Avoid swimming, saunas, and steam rooms
• If you're going to be in the sun directly after your treatment, please use a non-comedogenic sunscreen.

You will first have an in-clinic consultation with Miss Hawkes to determine which skin concerns you wish to address. Miss Hawkes will then prepare your personalised cocktail of active ingredients for administration.

She will use a gentle motion to apply the microinfusion facial device to your skin in order to deliver the tailored solution.

You will usually notice results immediately after the process, with glowing skin achieved, and the rest of the effects will develop and strengthen over the next few days or weeks, depending on your specific solution.

Treatments can be performed monthly as part of a skincare regimen, or one week to a few days prior to an event such as a skin preparation treatment.

Miss Elizabeth Hawkes offers AQUAGOLD® Fine Touch in London. She is based at The Cadogan Clinic: 120 Sloane St, London SW1X 9BW. Every treatment is bespoke and will be tailored to your specific skin concerns.

Other skin needling techniques, such as derma rollers, create micro-holes to which serums are then applied. However, because your skin barrier is so efficient, the holes have already begun to heal before you can apply topical creams.

With AQUAGOLD®, before the skin begins to heal, the device delivers the ingredients directly into the skin during the micro-holes creation.

Miss Elizabeth Hawkes is a consultant oculoplastic surgeon and skilled cosmetic surgeon. She prioritises natural enhancement of the face and eyes. She works at the award-winning Cadogan Clinic, where she provides surgical and non-surgical cosmetic treatments in a safe, clinical setting, assisting many clients in improving their appearance.

As with many cosmetic facial treatments, an AQUAGOLD® Fine Touch treatment is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Those with active acne or infected skin would be ineligible as well.
