Dr Elizabeth Hawkes was featured in Get the Gloss for her expertise in oculoplastic surgery.
Beauty journalist Alice Hart-Davis, aged 58, chose Dr Hawkes for her second eyelid surgery, following a previous procedure. Dr Hawkes recommended not only addressing ptosis (drooping eyelids) but also removing excess skin and fat pads to optimise the outcome. The surgery was performed under sedation in collaboration with Prof Richard Collin.
